ORIGIN STORY
It all began in a workshop in Puebla, Mexico.
ALIGNO was born from the story of Tania Hernández Mora, a Mexican lawyer who grew up watching her father sustain an SME in Puebla without access to the legal judgment that large organizations take for granted.
That question took her from UPAEP to Bogotá and Arequipa, where bioethics stopped being theory. Among hundreds of applications to the Master’s in Business Law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she was one of 25 selected and finished among the top 10 of her class. Today, she deepens the method through her doctorate at the University of Calgary, comparing regulatory frameworks between Canada and Mexico.
Before ALIGNO, she applied these principles inside global organizations: corporate governance across nine European countries and merger processes for one of the ten largest automotive companies in the world.
